Our Policies

APPOINTMENTS
We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.  We have complimentary internet access and beverages. 

DEPOSITS
Texture, extensions and bridal services all require a deposit upon appointment booking. 

CANCELLATIONS
We request 24 hours notice to make any changes or to cancel your appointment.  All late cancellations, no-shows, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged in full. 

REFUNDS
In the event of a request for refund of services, a refund will be granted for services only after the client completes the Studio B Refund Request form and it is reviewed and approved by management.  All Refund Requests must be completed in-salon in order for Studio B to assess the quality of hair and adjust the cut/ color/ treatment, if possible. 

CONSULTATIONS
Texture, extensions and bridal services all require a stylist consultation.  Any consultation fee will be subtracted from the final total upon completion of service. 

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash.  We are unable to give cach back on credit card sales. 

GRATUITIES
For your convenience, there is an in-house ATM.  Gratuities cannot be charged to your credit card. 

CHILDREN
Studio B does not allow children under the age of 12 on the salon floor.  Children under the age of 12 are required to be accompanied by an adult and wait quietly in our loft area. 

CELL PHONES
For your privacy and to preserve the customer experience of our valued clients, we ask that personal phone calls are limited to our loft space.  Please do not make or accept phone calls while on the salon floor. 

PRIVACY
Studio B does not disclose client information to third-parties.  All customer information is confidential.
